Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location: Malviya Nagar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for an Event Management Company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Resolve customer queries effectively
Provide accurate information about events and services
Maintain proper call records

Requirements:

Excellent English communication (Fluency is a must)
Good interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
