We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or closing sales.
Make inbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide information about products or services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Telugu, and/or Hindi).
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good in computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Patience and ability to handle rejection.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Graduates &(mostly prefered to B-COM Graduates)
₹10,000 – ₹15000/month (depending on experience)
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6 Days a Week (Day Shift)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00pm
