Job Description

seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Collection Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves managing voice-based collection activities for our financial products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for EMI/payment collections.

Provide account information and resolve queries related to payment delays.

Record all interactions accurately in the system.

Follow up with customers on pending payments and update the status regularly.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies.

Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in a voice process or collection role is a plus, but not mandatory.
