GrowMind Services is hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to handle candidate calling, lead generation, and interview coordination for our recruitment consultancy. The role requires good communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to job seekers and explain job opportunities
Generate quality leads and maintain candidate database
Schedule interviews and confirm candidate availability
Achieve daily calling and visit targets
Follow up with interested candidates
Share job postings on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Maintain daily call and performance reports
Support HR team in recruitment operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
