Developer & Client Calling

Call real estate developers, builders and property owners to introduce and explain NoBrokerage.com services.
Generate interest in project listings, advertising, and branding opportunities on the platform.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

Data Verification & Validation

Verify contact numbers, project details, property information, and listing accuracy through outbound calls.
Ensure uploaded project/property information is correct and updated in the system.
Coordinate with developers for missing information, brochures, pricing, and project updates.

Customer Support

Handle customer inquiries related to property listings, project information, and platform usage.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the respective departments.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
