Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, queries, and complaints.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu (multilingual).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Work Location: Rajajinagar
Salary Range:
15k take-home to 20k take-home + overtime payment
Shift: rotation with 2 Sunday leaves per month
- 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- 10 AM to 6:30 PM
- 11:30 AM to 8 PM
