 Job Description

 We at Ganesh Diagnostic and Imaging Centre are seeking to hire highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible to reach out to potential patients, leads generation, and closing sales through outbound calls.

 Roles and Responsibilities

•  Acquire new patients through outbound reach, and cold calling.

•  Identify new opportunities and reach out to customer leads by making cold calling using given leads to generate patients who are willing for lab tests, health packages, and imaging procedures.

•  Understand the customer requirements and provide the information accordingly.

•  Achieve targets of lead qualification every month.

•  Keep in constant contact with old and new patients, and existing doctors to maintain relationships and develop sales opportunities.

•  Present and promote our services using solid convincing skills to our prospective customers. Provide relevant information to the customers regarding our tests, and health packages with their benefits.

 Key Skills

 Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma Holder

 Skills Required:  

•  Excellent communication skills

•  Excellent customer service skills

•  Must be motivated, energetic, and a work enthusiast 

•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Experience: 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales/ telesales

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
