We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls and promote financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Overdraft (Professional/Business OD) Limits. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan and OD limit products.
Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and interest rates clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan/OD products.
Generate leads, follow up rigorously, and convert them into applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly targets for disbursements, login numbers, and conversions.
Follow compliance, KYC norms, and internal guidelines during the sales process.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
Basic understanding of loan products, NBFC policies, and OD facilities.
Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic.
Eligibility Criteria
qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience:
1 to 6+ years in telesales, banking sales, loans, credit cards, or insurance.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Language: Fluent in Hindi & English.
