Telecalling Executive

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads regularly.

• Educate customers about solar solutions, benefits, and pricing models.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and communication logs.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for appointments and site visits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent client service.

• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales and marketing team.
