5. Handle Queries – Respond politely and accurately to all student and parent questions.

6. Follow-Up – Call back interested students to confirm enrollments or remind them of deadlines.

7. Update Records – Maintain call logs and update the database with student responses and status.

8. Promote Offers – Inform students about any discounts, demo classes, or special campaigns.

9. Achieve Daily Targets – Meet calling and conversion goals set by the management.

10. Maintain Professionalism – Be friendly, patient, and respectful in all communications.
