Job Role: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain company services to clients clearly
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain call records and customer databases
Coordinate with internal teams for client support
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills
Minimum 1+ years of experience in tele calling/customer support/sales
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Ability to handle clients professionally
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred
