Key Job Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to promote products/services and managing incoming inquiries.Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying prospective customers, explaining product features/pricing, and closing sales deals.Customer Relationship Management: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information professionally.Data Maintenance: Recording details of interactions, updating client contact information, and maintaining CRM systems.Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly call quotas and sales targets.Follow-ups: Reaching out to old or warm leads to encourage purchases.
