Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for patients/customers.
Explain healthcare services, appointments, insurance, or medical packages.
Schedule and confirm doctor appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations, reports, or payments.
Maintain patient records and update CRM/software.
Resolve basic patient queries professionally.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and listening skills.
Ability to handle patient queries politely.
Comfortable working on targets and follow-ups.
Knowledge of healthcare process is an added advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Intermediate
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare BPO preferred.
