Job Description

Your only job is to call customers who have already placed an order on our website and confirm the order details. This is not sales, not cold calling, and not lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to confirm placed orders (COD / Prepaid).
Verify name, address, product, quantity, and delivery details.
Update order status correctly in the system after confirmation.
Handle basic customer queries related to delivery or order details.
Escalate incorrect, fake, or suspicious orders immediately.
Maintain a high confirmation accuracy rate.

Requirements

Clear Hindi communication (basic English is a plus).
Prior experience in order confirmation / telecalling preferred.
Comfortable making multiple calls daily.
Basic knowledge of using CRM, Google Sheets, or order panels.
Honest, attentive, and detail-oriented.
