*Job Title:* Customer Support Executive (Bengali & Malayalam Language)Job Type:Full-time (Inbound & Outbound Calling) *Location:* A-133, first floor, A block, nearby sector 62 metro station Noida. *Job Description:* We are looking for Bengali & Malayalam - speaking candidates for our customer support process.The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries.👉 No sales involved – only query handling and support.Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer callsResolve customer queries promptly and accuratelyMaintain polite and professional communicationUpdate customer information in the systemRequirements:Must speak Bengali & Malayalam fluently (Basic Hindi or English understanding is an advantage)Minimum Qualification: 12th passExperience: Freshers can applyBasic computer knowledge preferredSalary:Up to ₹17,000 per monthWork Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMBenefits:Fixed salary (no sales targets)Friendly work environmentTraining will be provided
