Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and confident HR Telecaller to support our recruitment process by coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and be capable of handling candidate interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and communicate with candidates regarding job openings
Line up candidates for interviews as per company requirements
Explain job roles and interview details clearly to candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the HR team
Maintain daily call records and candidate follow-up status
Handle candidate queries in a professional manner
Ensure maximum candidate attendance for scheduled interviews
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and telecalling
Strong convincing and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred
