Telecalling Assistant

• Onboard riders via calls using provided lead data

• Activate riders and supervise daily operations

• Identify low-performing riders, diagnose issues (app confusion, route inefficiency, motivation, equipment), and resolve them immediately

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving Riders providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
