CSR Outreach: Make outbound calls to corporate companies, CSR departments, CSR heads, HR teams, and potential corporate donors to explore CSR partnerships and funding opportunities for NGOs.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings between corporate representatives, NGOs, and the S4NP consulting team to discuss CSR collaborations and potential partnerships.
NGO Outreach: Contact NGOs, charitable trusts, societies, and Section 8 companies to introduce S4NP's consultancy services.
Lead Generation: Identify and maintain a database of prospective CSR partners, corporate donors, NGOs, and potential clients.
Service Promotion: Introduce services such as NGO registration, 12A/80G registration, CSR-1, FCRA, NGO Darpan, compliance, fundraising support, and digital marketing.
Follow-ups: Follow up with corporate representatives and prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure continued engagement.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, contact details, meeting schedules, follow-up status, and business opportunities.
Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team to confirm meetings, share relevant information, and track the progress of leads.
Reporting: Submit regular updates on calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups completed.
Target Achievement: Work towards daily calling targets and monthly goals for lead generation and meeting scheduling.
