Job Title: Education Counselor

Location: NOIDA SECTOR-2 & NORTH DELHI (AZADPUR NEAR METRO STATION)

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, and career opportunities

Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads

Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions

Maintain student data, inquiry records, and follow-up reports

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Achieve monthly admission targets

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Convincing and counseling abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience in education counseling/sales is an advantage
