Telecalling Assistant

• As a Car‑Loan Finance Telecaller, you will proactively reach out to warm leads and existing customers via phone to educate them about new and used car loan products, effectively explaining eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMIs, documentation requirements, and repayment options, while collecting essential borrower information and verifying preliminary eligibility.

• You will follow up persistently to convert qualified leads into applications, coordinate with the backend teams (credit, underwriting) to ensure timely processing, and maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and application progress in the CRM.

• You’ll handle customer queries professionally, resolve objections, and deliver excellent support throughout the loan process, all while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, identifying opportunities to cross-sell related offerings like insurance or top-up loans, and staying current on product changes, financial regulations, and market trends.
