Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

Call customers and explain the company's products or services.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Answer customer questions politely and professionally.

Maintain daily call records and update customer details.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Positive attitude and confidence while talking to customers.
