As part of our expanding operations team, we are looking for a Transport Executive (Helpdesk) to manage communication, coordination, and reporting functions efficiently.
Pre-requisites:
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a transport helpdesk role.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Handle inbound calls from clients, passengers, and drivers, and make outbound calls as required.
Manage and respond to emails from clients, passengers, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to helpdesk operations.
