Job Title: Telecaller / Collection Executive (Male/Female)

Job Overview:

Hamein apni firm ke liye energetic aur result-oriented Telecallers / Recovery Executives ki zarurat hai. Sahi candidate ka kaam customers se phone par baat karke unke outstanding payments ko politely aur firmly recover karna, aur unhe sahi financial solution dena hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya karna hoga):

Daily Calling: Defaulter aur overdue customers ko daily bases par call karna.

Negotiation & Settlement: Customers se payment na dene ka reason samajhna, unhe CIBIL/Credit score ke nuqsan batana, aur payment clear karwana.

Commitment Tracking: Jo customers payment ka waada (Promise to Pay - PTP) karein, unka follow-up lena jab tak payment receive na ho jaye.

Data Management: Daily calling report aur payment status ko Excel sheet ya software me update karna.

Compliance: Call karte waqt rules aur professional tone ka poora dhyan rakhna (No misbehavior).
