Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain personal loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and eligibility criteria.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate and qualify leads for loan processing.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
0–1 years of experience in tele sales, banking, or personal loan sales preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
