Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Calling

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for outbound calling process in an NBFC company. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining financial products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads

Explain company financial products and services

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and daily reports

Achieve calling and business targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer queries politely

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
