We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Outbound Telecaller who can effectively communicate with customers and clients. The candidate must have strong convincing skills and a customer-focused approach.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Handle client queries and objections confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain call records and proper follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

🔹 Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
• Ability to handle rejection positively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
