✨ Job Title: Cold Caller – Outbound Process (Fresher)

🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass
💬 Language Requirement: Good English-speaking skills

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers who can communicate well in English and are interested in building a career in inside sales / outbound calling. If you enjoy talking to people and want an opportunity to learn sales skills, this role is perfect for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Introduce company products/services and generate interest

• Explain features, benefits, and basic product information

• Fix appointments, schedule demos, or qualify leads

• Maintain call logs and update excel and CRM regularly

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Any stream)

• Good English communication is mandatory

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ) is a plus

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
