Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Education Sales to promote and sell educational courses by making outbound calls to prospective students and parents. The candidate should be able to understand learner needs, explain course benefits, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Explain educational courses, programs, and career benefits clearly
Counsel students/parents and address their queries
Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
Coordinate with counselors and the sales team
Update CRM and follow company sales processes
