Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business partners regarding their orders, logistics status, and concerns.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update data records related to orders, logistics, and issue resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries in a timely manner.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports for management.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through effective communication.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
