Telecaller Outbound

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.

• Explain our interior design services, offers, and solutions clearly and persuasively.

• Identify customer needs and schedule appointments for on-site or virtual consultations.

• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.

• Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed meetings or sales.

• Coordinate with the sales/design team to ensure timely client engagement.

• Handle basic customer queries and direct complex ones to the appropriate department.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
