Job Description Company Name :-Katia International Position :- Telecollection - Recovery / Process :- Loan , Credit card • Follow up with customers for due / overdue payments

• Daily calling & field visit follow-ups (as per process)
• Explain payment options & resolve customer queries
• Maintain proper call & visit records
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Coordinate with team & seniors
• Ensure company recovery policies are followed
