Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Specialist to join our real estate sales team. Your primary mission is to turn cold and warm leads into confirmed site visits. You won't just be "making calls"—you will be building interest, handling objections, and painting a picture of a future home or investment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Call prospective leads provided by the company and qualify their interest in our latest real estate project.
Appointment Setting: Persuasively invite and schedule potential buyers for physical site visits and tours.
Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline to ensure no lead goes cold.
Database Management: Accurately update the CRM with call notes, client preferences, and scheduled appointment details.
Product Knowledge: Quickly learn the unique selling points (USPs) of our project to answer queries confidently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional English: Must have near-native fluency in English (both verbal and written) with a clear, professional accent.
Persuasive Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly and use "consultative selling" to overcome objections.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in real estate or high-ticket sales is a major plus).
Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle "no" with grace while staying motivated for the next call.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools.
