Telecaller / Calling Executive
We are seeking a confident and results-driven candidate who can effectively handle cold calling and regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Explain our real estate projects and generate genuine leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Keep track of leads and follow up with them at the right time.
Build a good relationship with prospects and convert leads into site visits.
Update calling and follow-up records on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Should be confident, consistent and proactive with follow-ups.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales or real estate will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
We are looking for someone who can not just make calls, but also take ownership of the leads and ensure timely follow-ups until the customer is converted.
