Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to corporate professionals and companies to brief them about upcoming events, seminars, or conferences.

Clearly explain the event agenda, date, time, and venue details.

Send event invitations and follow-up emails to interested participants.

Make reminder calls to attendees before the event.

Maintain call records and update databases.

Coordinate with the event team for participant confirmations.

Use basic computer tools (Excel, Email, etc.) to manage and share event information.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

Languages: Good communication skills in both English and Hindi

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

Personality: Polite, confident, and enthusiastic with a customer-friendly approach

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
