Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit card products and services.

2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in credit card products.

3. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of credit card features, benefits, and terms to effectively communicate with customers.

4. Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to convince customers to apply for credit cards.

5. Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.

6. Application Processing: Assist customers in completing credit card applications and ensure accurate submission of required documents.

7. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to confirm application status, address concerns, and provide updates.
