Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Position: Female Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls on behalf of the company
Follow up with existing and potential clients
Generate leads through calling
Maintain call records and client database
Provide basic information about medical equipment to clients

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
