Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary:

We are hiring dedicated Telecallers for our Study Abroad consultancy. Your main job is to call students from a given list, check if they are interested in studying abroad, and connect them with our expert counselors.

Note: This is a pure calling profile. You do not need to do field sales or close sales deals. Your job is only to generate interest and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls daily to students to inquire about their interest in studying abroad (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).

• Basic Screening: Ask simple questions to check eligibility (e.g., "Have you completed your degree?", "Have you taken IELTS/PTE?").

• Lead Generation: Identify interested students and collect their details.

• Scheduling: Book appointments for the students to speak with our Senior Counselors or invite them to visit our office.

• Data Entry: Maintain a simple Excel sheet with call status (Interested / Not Interested / Call Later).
  

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

• Language: Good command over English and Telugu.

• Skills:

• Must be comfortable talking to people over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of Excel (to update leads).

• Patience and a polite manner.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in a BPO or telecalling role is a plus.
