Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.

• Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
