Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Ayurvedic products offered by the company.
Attend inbound customer calls and provide support regarding orders, product inquiries, and complaints.
Follow up with leads and existing customers through phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in Excel or CRM tools.
Resolve customer issues with patience and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Share product benefits and offers in a simple and convincing manner.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and follow-up targets set by the company.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
Experience in tele-calling, customer care, or telesales preferred (freshers can also apply)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure calmly
Quick learner with a customer-first attitude
