Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated with product/service knowledge to handle customer queries effectively.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
Provide feedback to the management team about customer needs and market trends.
