Job Responsibilities
Good English Speaking is required.
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in Australia.
Introduce and explain the company's services.
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
Generate interest and persuade customers to purchase services.
Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Update customer information and call outcomes accurately.
Follow the sales process and company guidelines.
Eligibility
Good spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable speaking with international customers over the phone.
Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must have the following:
A computer or laptop.
High-speed and reliable internet connection.
A good-quality headset/headphones with microphone.
An inverter or power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
A quiet working environment suitable for customer calls.
