Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting:
Make cold calls to potential B2B clients and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Lead Qualification:
Understand client requirements and assess alignment with Zonixtec’s services (Website Development, Custom Software, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales and technical teams.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the internal system.
Service Knowledge:
Stay updated on company services to confidently handle initial client queries.
Feedback & Reporting:
Share insights on call outcomes and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication & Soft Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong active listening and problem-identification skills
High resilience and positive attitude, especially while handling rejection
Education
Graduate in Business, IT, or related field
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation
Basic understanding of IT services is a plus
Target-driven with good interpersonal skills
