Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell credit cards and loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product benefits, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, or other financial products
Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM systems
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass an above
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or banking sales is an advantage
Good communication and convincing skills (Basic English + Hindi/regional language)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Freshers
Experience in selling credit cards, personal loans, or insurance products
Prior experience in BPO, call center, or banking sector
