Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Visa Consultancy Office. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our visa services, and help clients with the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain visa-related services

• Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries politely and professionally

• Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, or messages

• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information

• Schedule appointments for in-office consultations

• Guide clients about documentation and basic visa requirements

• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and updates

• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
