Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, provide customer support, and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

    • Explain products/services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.

    • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.

  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  3. Sales and Promotion:

    • Promote products/services to prospective customers.

    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

    • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.

  4. Data Management:

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

    • Update and maintain call logs and reporting.

  5. Feedback and Reporting:

    • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.

    • Provide regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.
