Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at Workden. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining services, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a target-based role with fixed salary and incentives.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹24,000 Fixed

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate and qualify leads
Convert leads into sales
Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
Build good customer relationships

🔹 Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
0 – 6+ years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Good Hindi communication skills (English optional)
Basic sales and convincing skills
Smartphone/Laptop with internet
Willing to work 6 days a week
