Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller to handle customer calls for our nursery business. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining plant products and services, handling inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound and attend inbound customer calls
Explain nursery plants, gardening products, and services to customers
Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
Follow up with customers for orders and payments
Maintain daily call records and customer database
Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
Generate leads through calling and customer follow-up

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Confident and positive attitude
Good convincing and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a team
