Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals at all levels. BDEs have to drive business through lead generation, build client relationships, provide support to sales team with client leads wherever applicable. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to grow a career in sales and business development.

BDM profile is team building through recruitment from references and market. Support his sales team in generating business and revenues for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers and leads via calls and other channels.

• Connect with both B2B (business) and B2C (individual) clients.

• Generate, identify, and qualify new sales leads.

• Clearly explain company products and services to prospective clients.

• Follow up consistently with interested customers to move them through the sales funnel.

• Schedule meetings and provide support to the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
