Role: Rental Business / Leasing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Rental Business / Leasing Executive to handle residential and commercial rental properties in Noida, particularly around Sector 132 and nearby sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for rental properties through brokers, online portals, references and direct enquiries.

- Handle residential and commercial rental requirements from tenants and corporate clients.

- Coordinate property visits and explain property features, rent, security deposit and lease terms.

- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants and local brokers.

- Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing rental deals.

- Follow up with prospective tenants and convert enquiries into successful transactions.

- Coordinate documentation, agreements, move-in/move-out and handover processes.

- Maintain updated records of available properties, tenants and rental transactions.

- Coordinate with owners and tenants for maintenance and other rental-related issues.

- Identify new rental inventory and expand the company's property portfolio.

- Achieve monthly rental business and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in real estate rental/leasing, property management or sales preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of Noida's property market will be an advantage.

- Self-motivated, presentable and target-oriented.

- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and property portals.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives/Commission

The responsibilities above reflect standard leasing work such as lead follow-up, property tours, lease documentation, negotiation and tenant coordination.
