Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunities.
